Québec’s Programme de sélection des travailleurs qualifiés (PSTQ) makes French central to selection. The required level is not one universal “B2”: it depends on the occupational FEER category and whether the person is the principal applicant or accompanying spouse.

Why “minimum French” can still be a weak strategy
